It's all a bit to cliche and I'm hesitant to put it into words, but it's crazy how much a serious relationship brings into sharp focus what you want out of life. For me, meeting the girl who I never thought existed or at least, would go out with me, has been simultaneously wonderful and incredibly (perhaps contradictory) filled with anxiety.

Ian, you've earned this. Happiness can be elusive, but if you know you've found it, it's worth it to orient your future around that happiness. Angel is a great girl with superlative taste, and I think she will find this relationship equally rewarding.
