Well uh ... there are a few tamer-run places around Tetha, but I wouldn't recommend the town. Otherwise there's the place I'm at, the Hyperion, in Neon City, or a place called the Gull Reef Club in Axoryi.

Well, it probably wouldn't have made much of a difference which one you chose; I'm pretty sure Gull Reef offers similar deals. You're new, so you get two months' free rent, and the administration will help you find a job in that time, at the Hotel if not elsewhere. We're always looking for staff.
