I'm home.

Prague is beautiful...a huge tourist city but absolutely gorgeous.
Israel is, well, home. Tel-Aviv was great as always, and visiting my kibbutz was amazing. Ulpan people are great.

3 1/2 weeks since I've been gone and that's about all I have to say. How articulate of me.

I took Emma to see RENT last night at the Shubert. We were 6 rows back, center, and it was amazing. The mics weren't always so balanced so a few words got lost here or there, but it was such a great night ( Read more... )

Went with my grandmother to the aquarium today. And then we sat outside on a bench and ate hot dogs and drank lemonade and enjoyed the amazingly beautiful weather.

Also, yesterday at dinner I mentioned the lack of being able to find concord cake in Israel anymore. I've only ever eaten it there, though I'm sure it must've been around elsewhere. ( Read more... )
