As promised, it's time for our second round of Ask the Maker!Here you'll get the chance to ask icon makers who sign up, questions about their icons/graphics. You can ask for tutorials, guides/walk through, or simply ask a question regarding their work so the makers can compile a Q&A post, with the answers to all the questions

The last time I asked about your general icon progress - the steps you usually do, the textures you like to use, etc - so now I'd like to know if and how any of this changed since the last time. :)

And you have the most amazing way of using text, so I'd really love seeing a font guide of you.

Okay, so any tips or tutorials (depending on how busy you are :D) about how you got the soft, glowing, natural yet vibrant colouring on this Amy icon would be very much appreciated. So pretty!

I'll definitely get you a tutorial on the first icon. As for a font guide, I'm on it! It feels a bit surreal that you and Sara are asking about anything text-related from me, because I've only recently been using text again after trying to avoid it like the plague for ages! So I am very flattered. (Although that Robb icon? I don't even know! I'll have to look if I even have the PSD file.)

Good luck with the font guide! I am excited! I can't imagine a time when you were not super proficient with fonts. Unless you know, dinosaurs were simultaneously roaming the earth. I just associate good text with your icons.

The colouring of the second and the first one Kat asked for is largely the same, so that's no problem at all.

And the first one, oh the first one! I'll have a blast talking about that one, because I love that icon and it's so unlike me that I'll like talking about it even more. NIA, YOU ARE AN ENABLER!
