in Paint Shop Pro 8 (in just four steps!)
1. Ok, you first let's start with our base. Sharpen you base twice. It should look like this:
2. Take your soften tool and only go over the Skin only. Avoid the eyes, nose and mouth.
3. Now go to Adjust > Color Balance > Automatic Color Balance and have the strength on 31. The temperature, go near warmer until you like what shows best. I use to 4206. Which can Out like this:
4. Now Finally, go to Adjust > Brightness and Contrast > Automatic Contrast Enchancement, and use these settings. Dark, Mild, Bold
