Best used for people with light colored hair

First thing I did was I sharpened my base, though you don't have to.

1. Duplicate your base, set to screen 100% (for lighter images skip this part)

2. Open up a Hue and Saturation layer:
Settings:

Master Saturation: 39
Set this layer to Softlight

3. Selective Color:
Reds: -75,8,100,2
Yellows: 100,14,-97,-33

4. Then duplicate your base set to softlight 100%, bring to the top

5. Make a new color fill layer, fill with 9FA2A2 set to pin light 100%

6. Color Balance:
Midtones: -31,-33,-33
Shadows: -11,-3,7
Highlights: -15,-5,20

7. Another new fill layer, this time fill with 133E10 set to Exclusion 100%

8. Last new fill layer, fill with F3D5E2, set to color burn 100%

9. Channel Mixer:
Red: 70,16,-10
Green: -2,108,-2
Blue: -12,16,102

And you're done!
