Done using Adobe Photoshop 7
- New layer, fill with #92FCCB set to color burn 100%
- New layer fill with #760F19 set to color dodge (lower it from 100% depending on the picture ur using ^^ so it won't be so light or flashy)
- Duplicate ur base, move it to be on top, set it to color burn 30%
- New layer fill with # DBE65B set to Darken 37%
