This tutorial is only for Photoshop users; contains selective colors.

01. Duplicate our base, then go to Adjustments - Hue/Saturation - Saturation: -35. After this set the layer to screen (opacity: 50%)


02. Layer - New Fill Layer - Solid Color - #FFFCOO. Set this layer to soft light (opacity: 100%)


03. Layer - New Adjustment Layer - Selective Color.
Reds
Cyan: -100%
Yellow: +100%
Black: +100%

Yellow
Cyan: -7%
Yellow: -25%

Magentas
Cyan: -100%
Magenta: -100%
Yellow: -100%

Neutrals
Cyan: +100%
Magenta: -25%
Yellow: -80%
Black: +30%

Method: Relative


04. Layer - New Adjustment Layer - Selective Color.
Reds
Cyan: -100%
Magenta: +100%
Yellow: +100%
Black: +100%

Yellow
Yellow: -60%

Neutrals
Black: +10%

Black
Black: +30%

Method: Relative


05. Layer - New Adjustment Layer - Brightness/Contrast
Contrast: +7


06. Merge all layers; then Layer - New - Layer (transparent). I take flowerish brush:


07. I resize this brush and put it on transparent layer.


08. Then i select a part of icon, resize it and paste as new layer.


09. Paste a texture (by peoplemachines) as a new layer.


10. Set it to screen (opacity:100%) and merge all layers. Voila!
