I don't know what I'm doing anymore. I think I was close to find my "style" after my last entry at 20inspirations but it seems that I fried my muse and the few skills I had left and I don't know how to make icons any more.
Now .
These are two of the icons I've made for the current round at 20inspirations. You might be wondering, what the flying fuck are those? I DON'T KNOW. Will be my answer.
The first one seems to be an idea that didn't go well after all, it's like the icon has gone: well...I think I won't work any more, thank you for your attention. I feel like I fucked up what could have been a good icon, well not good but nice at least. I tried everything. Removing the bird, adding two caps above and below, making it in colour. Nothing works. Besides it is oversharpened, I tried to fix that too but it doesn't work either. AMAZING!
The second one...what can I do with it? I've tried billion things that never work. It has 5 alternates with text and one is even more terribly ugly that the other. I think it can also be saved but I don't know how to do with it anymore. But it NEEDS something.
WHAT IS THIS? I like the crop but I don't know what can I do in terms of coloring. It looks weird as fuck. I don't know if I like it or not. I would more likely say that I don't. Also the sharpening on her lips is awful. I've tried every sharpening method listed in the icons-concrit workshop plus a few more things I use to do and I got nothing. I don't know what to do to save this icon because of that.
I think that I can't do anything that involves close crops with HP caps because I find it really difficult and the icons end up looking grainy and oversharpened.
Any suggestion? Curse? Random fandom comment? I'll take pretty much everything you bring me. My body is ready.
