I WANT TO TALK TO YOU ABOUT IN THE FLESH...but I haven't watched it yet. I have all of it, ready and lined up to watch, but my friend who has also watched it put me off by saying she cried a lot. I don't want to watch sad/depressing things. D: TELL ME. IS SHE ACCURATE ABOUT ALL THE CRYING??? IS THERE A LOT OF HAPPY/SWEET TO BALANCE IT OUT???
I CANT LIE TO YOU. IM SORRY. ITF IS NOT A LIGHTHEARTED SHOW. That said. ITS SO DAMN WORTHY IT. It some of the best tv I've seen- I dont' want to create way too many expectation but it's GOOD. It is quite dark and serious and sad (and possibly triggering for some) but ITS AMAZING AT IT.
So I don't really know what to tell you because ID LOVE to talk it with you, but yeah, it is sad (it does deal a lot with mental health and a lot of rl issues) IDK, it's not a series you watch just to pass the time, it gets to you. oh geez, ouat is the worst but i'm still invested. i mean, i don't even watch it anymore but i still keep up with what's happening. but now that they've added elizabeth mitchell i'll def be watching bc she played my all time favorite tv character (JULIET BURKE!) and imagining her character interacting with lana is just !!! but knowing the ouat writers... idk. she'll probably have the actual worst storyline? or die quickly? or both tbh.
