How do you use them?I have PSP7 are they compatable?

Yes. Copy and Paste as a new layer. Use the selecting tool to select and delete the part where the base icon shoes and color the parts you want transparent with a color you did not use in your icon (usually bright green.) Then go to Colors > Set Transparency. Make sure the color you used to be transparent is transparent. Ta da.
