FOR THE MORE EXPERIENCED USERS OF PHOTOSHOP:
WITHOUT THE IMAGES & ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
01. Open a new Photoshop document. 100px100px
02. Paste the image and resize it.
03. Duplicate the image and set the new one to SCREEN
04. Merge the layers to 1 layer
05. Play around with the Heu/Saturation.
06. Duplicate the layer and move the upperlayer downwards.
07. Delete the background image
08. Insert a new layer a fill it with WHITE. Then MERGE it to 1 layer again.
09. Paste THIS image of clouds. And RESIZE it + place it.
10. Duplicate the layer with the clouds and set the upperlayer to SCREEN.
11. MERGE DOWN the clouds upperlayer with the layer under it. NOT WITH THE FIRST LAYER.
12. Start ERASING the parts {on the layer with the clouds} where you don't want to see the clouds.
13. Paste THIS texture by regenat and set it to LIGHTEN
14. Select the image and copy it: CTRL + C
15. SHARPEN the image. Go to FILTER > SHARPEN > SHARPEN
16. PASTE the image you just copied and set that layer to 60%.

17. For black&white; MERGE IT and DESURATE (CTRL+SHIFT+U}
