I tried for sooo long to find a coloring that looks good with POTC screencaps. Since everyone's skin is very yellow, it's hard to find a good tutorial. So, I decided to make one. Enjoy!

Difficulty out of 10: 4
1. Prepare your base. I sharpened mine and cropped it to 100px x 100px. You may not need to do any of that.
2. Duplicate your base and set the layer mode to 'Screen' 100% opacity.
3. Make a new selective color layer with the following settings:
Reds -39 +26 -26 +15
Yellows +34 +1 -7 +14
Whites -100 -100 -100 -100
Blacks 0 0 0 +6
4. Make a new Hue/Saturation layer with the following settings:
Master 0 +8 0
Reds 0 +15 0
Yellows 0 -47 0
5. Make a new fill layer with #E8E4E0 and set it to color burn at 60% opacity.
6. Make a new fill layer with #A1A1A1 and set it to screen at 6% opacity.
7. Make a new fill layer with #3E3060 and set it to luminosity at 7% opacity.
8. Make a new selective color layer with the following settings:
Reds 0 0 -20 +8
Yellows 0 0 +36 0
Whites 0 0 0 -15
9. Take this texture by ?? and set it to screen at 100% opacity.
And you're done! I'd love to see any results that you have :)
