Made in PSPX.

Uses color layers, color balance, channel mixer, and sharpness.

1. Make a new layer. Layers > New Raster Layer. Set it as soft light 55%. Fill it with #f5ec5d.
-This color will make the icon look yellowish/greenish. But it takes the cyans away mostly.

2. Layers > New Adjustment Layer > Color Balance
Midtones: 8, -27, -7
Shadows: 0, -19, 0
-This will take the yellowish/greenish away and adds a soft magenta look to the icons.

3. Make a new raster layer. Set it as screen 12%. Fill with #e98fc6.
-This will bring out the magenta more and looked washed out. It also brightens up the icon.

4. Layers > New Adjustment Layer > Channel Mixer. (Uncheck the box)
Blue: -10, 16, 100, 0
-It adds a little more yellow to it and the blue softens it up a bit.

5. Copy merge all the layers (Shift + CTRL + C).  Paste this layer on top. (Shift + L). Sharpen your icon.
-This make the face (ex: lips and eyes) stand out more. It pops them out.

6. Make a new raster layer. Set it as burn 100%. Fill with #ece6e8.
-This puts contrast to the icon. It makes it look soft still but makes the colors pop.
