Hello everyone! Could anyone help me reach this kind of muted colouring? I'm using Photoshop CS5.

You can get get a grainy effect by using the Add Noise filter.
You jsut need to fiddle around with the slider for a while before you decide how much grain you want on the screencap. :)

I find the best way to get a muted look is to do a black and white gradient map on top of my colouring and then just lower the opacity :)
And for the grainy quality, there's the 'film grain' filter or 'add noise' :)
