Tutorial with Curves for PhotoshopCS2
to
pretty easy, all you need is Photoshop and to know how to load and save curves, and some other basic Photoshop things.

1. First you need to download this curve and save it on your desctop or somewhere easy to find.
2. Then open Photoshop and get a picture and resize it to 100x100 and flatten the image.
3. Duplicate the base and set it to Screen at 100% and go to IMAGE > ADJUSTMENTS > AUTO COLOR
4. Then go to LAYER > NEW ADJUSTMENT LAYER > CURVES... click OK to the first thing that pops up and then click LOAD and find your previosly downloaded curve and load it. After that you should get this.
5. Then duplicate the base and set to SOFT LIGHT and SHARPEN.
OTHER EXAMPLES: it turns out diffrent, with each picture, I guess it all depends on what kind of a picture you choose
