set to colour burn at 50% >

merge it

duplicate and set to screen at 70%



duplicate and set to soft light at 100%



selective colours ( image > adjustments > selective colour)  I forget what the exact numbers I used were but I took out some yellow in his face to add some red and I put the cyan way up.
