Get your image>Crop>resize to 100x100

002. Sharpen once, If you need to.

Soften Skin. Sharpen Eyes and Lips.

Duplicate base twice> Set one to Soft Light 100% Opacity and one to Screen 100% opacity.

005. Merge Layers.

Create a New Layer> Flood Fill with #E1BEA5> Set to Multiply 100% opacity.

Duplicate base> Desaturate> Bring to top and set to Soft Light.

008.
Create a new layer> Use the marquee tool> Fill with #B7E6F5 and set to soft light. repeat once, just a little away from the first.

009.
Add Text> Merge Layers and you're done.
