1.Prepare your base.
2.Duplicate it once and set the copy to Screen at 22%.
3.Create a new Adjustment >Curves layer.Set channel to RGB,Input to 98 and Output to 135.Set it to Soft Light at 94%.
4.Create a new layer and flood fill it with #F5E58D.Set it to Darken at around 75%.
5.Create a new Adjustment >Colorbalance layer.Set it to 15,0,0.Set the layer to Soft Light at around 40%.
6.Create a new layer and flood fill it with #FFCBDF.Set it to Darken at around 40%.
