Quick and sweet tut - vibrant colors.

Ok this is a quick tut on how to get vibrant colors in your icons. And for once I am ctually posting something under a real cut, so please take a peak:

Ok, so first off I start with the basics, I grab a screencap from VM Caps. I crop it, and sharpen it and set it to screen a couple times, you know the usual jazz.

New layer> Fill #1E4400
Exclusion 43%


>

Duplicate the original image and bring it to the top
Softlight 100%


>

Fill with #CAA6FF
Color burn 46%


>

Fill with #A6FFED
Color Burn 100%


>

#0006FF
Normal 16%


>

#000249
Exclusion 100%


>

Duplicate the original image (bring to top)
Screen 46%


>

Duplicate the original image once more (bring to top)
Softlight 100%
