Yay! Colouring tutorials, no curves! :D
>>
1. Your base. Crop to 100 x 100
2. Duplicate your base and set it to Screen, 100%
3. New layer. Fill with #00071A and set to Exclusion, 100%
4. New layer. Fill with #9BDEF8 and set to Colour Burn, 100%
5. New layer. Fill with #F2A6D4 and set to Soft Light, 100%
6. New layer. Fill with #FEF89A and set to Colour Burn, 20%
7. New layer. Fill with #F7CCAA and set to Multiply, 45%
8. Duplicate your base layer and drag it to the top, setting it on Soft Light, 100%
Layers:

1. Crop your base to 100 x 100
2. Duplicate your base, and desaturate it, setting it to Screen, 100%
3. New layer. Fill with #9ADDF7 and set to Colour Burn, 100%
4. New layer. Fill with #F2A5D3 and set to Soft Light, 100%
5. New layer. Fill with #D7C8B5 and set to Multiply, 100%
6. Duplicate your desaturated screen layer and drag it to the top, setting it at 50%
7. New layer. Hit ALT + SHIFT + CTRL + E at the same time, and it will compress all your layers into the new one.
8. Go to Variations (Layers > Adjustments > Variations) and hit the following:
Darker
Red
Magenta
And then OK.
9. Then you should have this.

1. Crop your base to 100 x 100
2. New layer. Fill with #001B70 and set to Exclusion, 100%
3. Duplicate your base, drag it to the top and set it to Darken, 100%
4. New layer. Fill with #E7E7E7 and set to Colour Burn, 100%
5. New layer. Fill with #002456 and set to Exclusion, 100%
6. Duplicate the grey colour burn layer and drage it to the top.
7. New layer. Fill with the following brown colour and set it to Colour Burn 55%
8. Copy your base and drag it to the top, setting it to screen.
9. New layer. Make a shape out of colour #F12246 and set to Screen, 100%
10. Add your text, and you're done!
