1) Crop, resize, sharpen and prepare base:
2) Duplicate base. Set to screen 100%. Shift+H > Set Saturation to 50:
3) Duplicate base. Drag to top. Set to softlight 100%:
4) New layer. Fill with #010F2D. Set to Exclusion 100%:
5) New layer. Fill with #E3E3E3. Set to Burn 100%:
6) New layer. Fill with #9BD9F3. Set to Soft Light 100%:
7) New layer. Fill with #F9C9E9. Set to Burn 100%:
8) New layer. Fill with #E3E3E3. Set to Burn 100%:
9) Layers > New Adjustment Layer > Curves. Drag down between Background and Copy of Background. (Base and first duplicated base.):
