Go from this to


1. Crop to 100x100.

2. Filter > Sharpen >> Unsharp Mask... with these settings:


3. Duplicate the base four times, set the first three layers to screen at 100% and the top, fourth layer to soft light, also at 100%.

4. Color Fill/New Raster Layer fill with #0A072F
set to exclusion at 100%.

4. Color Fill/New Raster Layer fill with #F15991
set to multiply at 30%.

5. Color Fill/New Raster Layer fill with #F6EEB9
set to multiply at 100%.

6. Color Fill/New Raster Layer fill with #22881D
set to overlay at 40%.

7. Duplicate the base, drag to the top, set to soft light at 100%.

8. Duplicate the base again, drag to the top, set to screen at 30%

9. Layer > New Adjustment Layer >> Brightness/Contrast...


10. Layer > New Adjustment Layer >> Selective Color...
For the yellow channel:


For the blue channel:


11. Layer > Merge Visable and you done!
