I used a larger version
Resize & crop your image.
Duplicate & set to softlight, 100% opacity.
Make a new Curves Adjustment Layer.
RGB: 88, 105
Set to Burn at 28%.
New layer, flood with #0E1130 and set to Exclusion 100%.
Duplicate your base twice, drag ontop of the Exclusion layer. Set the first layer (the one right on top of the Exclusion layer) to Screen 73%. Set the second layer to Soft Light 100%.
Two new layers flood both with #D9BA8D and set to Multiply. The first Multiplied layer, set to 64% & erase where it covers skin. The second layer, set to 41% and erase everything but where it covers skin. (First Multi layer & Second Multi layer)
New layer, white gradient, and move to the edge of your icon.
Add text/brushes/all that good stuff. Flatten & Save.
