Using Paint Shop Pro 9.



1. First duplicate your base and set it to screen 100%
2. Make a new fill layer and fill it with #78f0ef and set it to burn 100%
3. Make a new fill layer and fill it with #fba5cc and set it to Soft light 100%
4. Then go and duplicate your base. Drag it to the top and desaturate it.
5. Then set the desaturated layer to softlight.
6. Merge all layer
7. Then paste this:
into the frame and set it to softlight. and your done.
