PSP 8 Colouring Tutorial

- I used PSP 8, but it is easily translateable!
1. Crop your base to 100x100.
2. Duplicate your base, move it to the top, and set it to Screen, 70%.
3. Duplicate your base again, move it to the top, and set it to Soft Light, 100%.
4. Go to Layers - New Adjustment Layer - Curves. Under RGB, set one point to Input 83, Output 55. Create a new point and set it to 157, 188. Under Red, set one point to Input 111, Output 83. Under Green, set one point to Input 170, Output 170. Under Blue, set one point to Input 158, Output 144.
5. Create a new layer and fill it with #031E4A, and set it to Exclusion, 35%.
6. Create a new layer and fill it with #E8F4B6, and set it to Multiply, 10%.
7. Duplicate your base, move it to the top, and set it to Soft Light, 40%.
8. Go to Layers - Merge All, then Adjust - Sharpness - Sharpen.
