New raster layer. Fill with #e1c5a5. Set to multiply, 60%

New raster layer. Fill with #000940. Set to exclusion, 44%

Next we're going to copy merge. Do this by hitting CTRL + A, then SHIFT + CTRL + C. Then paste as a new layer, or hit CTRL + L. Set this layer to softlight, 34%

There you have it! Icon done. I didn't like the quality, so I went through with the sharpen/blur tools and fixed it up a tad.
