My first tutorial! Beginner friendly.
Tutorial made in PSC2 but can be translatable

No curves! Just color layers =D
Ok start with a base.
Duplicate the base and set to screen 40%
make new layer. fill in with
(B1C5EA) . Set it to color burn 100%
Duplicate the blue color burn layer and drag to top.
Make new layer. Fill in with
(F5C7D4) . Softlight 100%
Make new layer. Fill in with
(00204E). Set to exclusion 60%
Duplicate base, drag it to the top. Softlight 100% You can sharpen it if you want.
Make new layer. Fill in with
(F0D0BB) . Multiply 40%
There you have it! Your icon! Don't have to follow exactly. It depends on the type of picture used. (x
