1. Start off with THIS picture from Gettyimages. Crop it to your liking, sharpen, soften, whatever floats your boat.

2. Duplicate your base three times. Starting from the TOP layer: Soft Light, Soft Light, Screen. This may vary on the lighting of your image.

3. New raster layer. Floodfill with #ec809e at Overlay 71%.

4. New raster layer. Floodfill with #0f5d5f at Exclusion 40%.

5. New raster layer. Floodfill with #bcca98 at Multiply 61%

6. Duplicate base and bring to top. Set to Soft Light.

7. New raster layer. Floodfill with #a41512 at Lighten 14%.
