Made for Adobe PS.
1. Crop and resize to get your base.
2. Duplicate your base. Set it to Screen at 50% opacity.
3. Duplicate your base once again and drag it to the top. Set it to Screen at 100% opacity.
4. Go to Image >> Adjustments >> Hue/Saturation. Increase the saturation to +60.
5. Create a new layer. Fill it with #B1EEFF on 100% opacity, set to Soft Light.
6. Create another new layer. Fill it with #FADBC4 on 100% opacity, set to Color Burn.
7. Create one last new layer. Fill it with #DEE3FF on 100% opacity, set to Color Burn.
8. Go to Layer >> New Adjustment Layer >> Selective Color. Have your settings like so:
Yellows:
-100%
-40%
+55%
+10%
Magentas:
0%
+100%
+100%
+100%
Neutrals:
+60%
+10%
-40%
0%
9. Go to Layer >> New Adjustment Layer >> Hue/Saturation. Increase the saturation to +20.
10. Go to Layer >> New Adjustment Layer >> Levels. Have your settings like so:
RGB:
Input Levels- 30, 1.30, 255
Output Levels- 0, 255
Red:
Input Levels- 90, 1.00, 255
Output Levels- 0, 255
Blue:
Input Levels- 40, 1.50, 255
Output Levels- 0, 255
11. Merge your layers and you're done!
