Extremely Simple Tutorial

1. Duplicate your base. Set it to Screen at 50%.
2. Image >> Adjustments >> Hue/Saturation. Increase the saturation to +50.
3. Layer >> New Adjustment Layer >> Curves. For all of these you'll be dragging the bottom left-hand corner up:
RED:
input- 0 output- 149
RED:
input- 0 output- 138
RED:
input- 0 output- 182
Set this layer to Soft Light at 100%.
4. Layer >> New Adjustment Layer >> Levels. Have your settings like so:
RGB:
input levels- 70, 1.50, 255 output levels- 0, 255
RED:
input levels- 90, 1.40, 255 output levels- 0, 255
GREEN:
input levels- 70, 1.50, 255 output levels- 0, 255
BLUE:
input levels- 50, 1.30, 255 output levels- 0, 255
5. Create a new layer and fill it with #DBE5F2 set to Color Burn at 100%.
6. Flatten you image and you're done!
