I used PS7
1. Crop your base, resize, etc. I'm using a picture from letsdisco.org
2. Duplicate base and set to screen (if needed.)
3. Since my picture is a bit yellow, I used color balance. (This is optional, depending on your base's color.)
Layer>>New Adjustment Layer>> Color Balance.
I used these settings: Midtones: 0, 0, 48
4. Create a new layer and fill with #041020
Set layer to exclusion, 46%
5. Create a new layer and fill with #A1F1FF
Set layer to color burn, 100%
6. Create a new layer and fill with #E28282
Set to soft light, 34%
7. Duplicate base, drag on top. Desaturate and set to soft light
8. Add text, brushes, etc.
