Step 1 Preview from - toFirst start sharpen your image. (if needed)
Step 2Preview from - toDuplicate base layer and set blend mode to "Screen" 70%. Just play a little bit with the opacity to get your fine result.
Step 3Preview from - toCreate new layer and fill it with colour #D8F5F8. Set blend mode to "Multiply" 100%.
Step 4Preview from - toCreate new layer and fill it with colour #B2C7CA. Set blend mode to "Soft Light" 65%
