Tutorial #12 - Bright Blues - PSCS2 - Translatable
Go from this to 
01. Crop your cap to your liking.
02. Filter > Sharpen >> Unsharp Mask... Settings = Amount: 50%, Radius: 2.0 Pixels, Threshold: 5 Levels. This is now your base.
03. Duplicate your base and set to screen at 100%.
04. Duplicate your base again and drag to the top, set this layer to screen at 100%.
05. Duplicate the base a third time and drag to the top, set this layer to soft light at 100%.
05. Control + Shift + E or Layer > Merge Visable to merge these four layers together.
06. Layer > New Adjustment Layer >> Curves...
Channel RGB Point One
Input - 0
Output - 59
Channel Blue Point One
Input - 205
Output - 253
Or download the .acv file. (right click and save as please.)
07. Layer > New Fill Layer >> Solid Color... Set to # CADAFA
set this layer to soft light at 100%.
08. Control + Shift + E or Layer > Merge Visable and you are done!
