1. open your image ,crop, image->image size-> change to 100x100 "
ATL+CTRL+I"

2.duplicate base -> set to SCREEN ->100

3.layer->new adjusment layer-> hue/saturation. change saturation to 32.

4.layer->new adjusment layer-> selective color "use these settings below"

A-REDS
C +100
M +100
Y +100
B +11

B-YELLOWS
C -100
M -67
Y -100
B +20

C-NEUTRALS
C -36
M -38
Y -36
B +24

5.layer-> flatten image

6.save !
