Inspired by this post and appletooth's icon:

1) Duplicate the base and set it to Screen.

2) New layer, fill with a dark blue (#000728), set to Exclusion.

3) New layer, fill with a pale pink (#FFDFFF), set to Colour Burn, opacity 60%.

4) New layer, fill with an pale grey (#F0F1F1), set to Colour Burn.

5) New layer, fill with a light grey (#D2D3D3), set to Soft Light, opacity 30%. Add a layer mask, set your foreground colour to black and start brushing over everything except her skin.

6) New layer, fill with a light brown (#AB9F84), set to Soft Light, opacity 50%.

7) Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Levels
