First, go to Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Hue/Saturation... and set it to Saturation: +53 and Lightness: +15



Make a new layer and fill it with FFFF00, then set it to soft light.



Now go to Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Selective Coloring...
REDS cyan:+100/magenta:+62/yellow:+100/black:+100
YELLOWS cyan:+90/magenta:-17/yellow:-60/black:+100

Again, go to Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Selective Coloring...
