·Duplicate your base. Set it to Screen.
·Create a new Selective Color adjustment layer. Have your settings like so:
Reds
-100
0
+100
0
Yellows
-100
0
+100
0
Neutrals

·Create a new layer and fill it with #00FFA8. Set this layer to Soft Light at 30%.
·Create a new Color Balance adjustment layer. Have your settings like so:
Midtones

-55

Highlights

·Create a new layer and fill it with #958900. Set this layer to Soft Light.
·Create another Selective Color adjustment layer. Have your settings like so:
Reds
-100
0
+100
0
Yellows
-100
0
-100

Neutrals

·Paste this texture I made and set it to Multiply at 75%:


·Paste another texture I made and set it to Screen at 35%.


·Lastly, I added white text which says "all hail the heartbreaker," using the font Hannah Eats Bananas which I created. (: I'll try to have it up for download soon.
·Merge all layers and you're done.
