How to get from this to

Using Photoshop CS + Selective Color (sorry, not transferrable)



1. Use the blur tool to smooth the skin. And sharpen if you want.

2. Duplicate base layer and set to Soft Light 100% Preview

3. Layers, New adjustment layer, Selective Color. Use these settings:

Reds:
Cyan -44
Magenta +40
Yellow +100
Black +40

Yellows:
Cyan -50
Magenta +24
Yellow +100
Black -10

Whites:
Cyan -20
Yellow -20

Neutrals:
Cyan +40
Magenta -30
Black +6

(Preview)

3. Flatten Image

4. Resize

5. Add some finishing touches, like this texture by
cenedrawood:

and, you're done!
