Duplicate the background and set to Screen at 100% (If your base is a little dark)

Layer>New Adjustment Layer>Channel Mixer

Output Channel: Red

Output Channel: Blue

G(%): 0

B(%): 116

output channel green, just make sure G(%) is at 100, i'm think it's default [?])

Layer>New Adjustment Layer>Hue/Saturation

Saturation: +17

Layer>New Adjustment Layer>Curves

edit: I did the points backwards so point 1 is at the bottom and point 2 is at the top.

Red Point 1: 153, 63

Red Point 2: 197, 179

Green Point 1: 122, 139

Green Point 2: 183, 214

Blue Point 1: 153, 206

Layer>New Adjustment Layer>Color Balance

Midtones: 55,-12,21

Shadows: -51,-18,-17

Highlights: -46,8,56

Duplicate base and drag to the top and set to Saturation or Saturation (L)
