Enhanced, bright coloring

 My first tutorial :)
Made in PSP 7



to


-Duplicate your base and set it to 'Screen' at 100%
-Change the Brightness & Contrasting of the duplicate by going to Colors >> Adjust >>Brightness/Contrast, & set the settings to +18 & +15
-Change the Saturation of the duplicate by going to Colors >> Adjust >> Hue/Saturation/Lightness, & set the saturation to 20-30.
-Create a new layer & fill it with #001A05 & set it to 'Dodge' at 100%
-Create a new layer & fill it with #000222 & set it to 'Dodge' at 100%
-Create a new layer & fill it with #1C1600 & set it to 'Dodge' at 100%
-Create a new layer & fill it with #D3E7FF & set it to 'Burn' at 100%

And you're done! I hope it comes of some use to you guys.
