Start from cropping ur picture. Use imagination! ;)
Now, Duplicate Base and set it to Screen 100%.
New Layer, fill with #0e233f and set to Exclusion 100%.
New Layer, fill with #bdf662 and set to Soft Light 100%.
New Layer, fill with #ca1e1e and set to Soft Light 100%.
Go to Layer-New Adjusment Layer-Selective Color.
REDS:
Cyan 100%
Magenta 100%
Yellow 100%
Black -36%

YELLOWS:
Cyan 100%
Magenta 50%
Yellow -73%
Black -14%

NEUTRALS:
Cyan 11%
Magenta -4%
Yellow -18%
Black 24%

BLACKS:
Cyan 100%
Magenta 30%
Yellow 13%
Black -10%

Method Relative, press OK.

New Adjustment Layer - Hue/Saturation.
Change only Saturation!

Master +20
Reds+ 15
Yellows +15
Greens +15
Blues +10
Magentas +15.

Press OK.

New Adjustment Layer - Selective Color.
REDS:
Cyan 22%
Magenta -35%
Yellow -26%
Black -5%

YELLOWS:
Cyan 25%
Magenta -30%
Yellow -100%
Black -100%

NEUTRALS:
Cyan 29%
Magenta -1%
Yellow -8%
Black 9%.

Method Relative, press OK.
