My 3rd tutorial:)

~ Making with PSP9.
Hope you like this tutorial.

Do not sharpen,it will do end of tut.
Dublicase the base and set to screen.
New layer with light brow color #dac6ac. Set to Multiply 100%
New layer with light blue color #9dcbef. Set to Burn (Color Burn) 100%
New layer with dark blue color #0b1643 above the Screen layer and the Multiply.Set to Exclusion 80%
Merge all.And sharpen it.Add text and brushes.
