Made in PSP8. Translatable.
First image:
Duplicate base and set to screen. The percent really depends on the image. I used 100% for the Avril Lavigne image.
New raster layer. Fill with #3EA3F0 at Soft Light 100%
New raster layer. Fill with #000F36 at Exclusion 38%
Duplicate base. Drag to the top and set to Burn at 26%.
Second image:
Same stuff as above except the last step. Set the duplicated base to Dodge at 26%.
The image needed depth to me. I added a curves layer.
RGB: Point 1 Input: 194 Output: 188
Point 2 Input: 77 Output: 33
Voila, your done.
