Simple coloring tutorial. Result of me messing around.

This won't work on every picture. Mostly looks good on stock.
1. Prepare your base however you do it. Lighten it up, whatever.
2. Make a new layer, fill it with #71A7B7 and set it to soft light.
3. Make another layer and fill it with #263C42 and set it to exclusion.
4. Duplicate base, put it on top, and set it to soft light. At a VERY low opacity. I used 25% here. You may not need to do this step.
