Colouring tutorial made in PS7. Includes selective color, hue/saturation and color balance. 9 steps.

1. Crop your image.  Resize it to 100x100 px.
2. Duplicate the base and focus. Then focus again and set the layer at 50%. (this re focus is an optional step,depends on the image are working with). 
2 b) Duplicate the base and set it to screen 100% only if you need to do it.

3. New layer + #E9C1EC + Soft Light 100% 
4. New layer + #161C4C + Exclusion 40%
5. Duplicate the base and set it to soft light 60%.

6. Layer + Hue/Saturation and increase the saturation to +30.
7. Layer + Color balance and set middle tones to 0,42,100. Keep checked light.
8. Layer + Selective Color: Reds: -100, +25, +100,+25. Yellows: -100, +25, +100, +25
Neutrals: +100, +25, -23, -5.
9. Layer + Selective Color: Reds: -100, +25, +100,+50. Yellows: -100, +100, +100, +1
Neutrals: 0, +25, -45, -0.
