2. create new layer fill #d8edfc. Set it to soft light 100%
3. again new layer fill #fcefbc. Set to Lighten 28%
3. hue/sat layer.Saturation +17
4. Selective color layer.

Yellows: 100/100/28/-6
Whites: +74/-30/6/-7
Neutrals:35/-12/-14/4
