Crop your base. 100x100

Smooth Skin if you want.

Duplicate your base twice and set the first to Screen 100% and the top to Softlight 100%

Make a New Layer and Flood Fill with #080925 and set to Exclusion 100%

Make another Layer and Flood Fill it with #d7c2f4 and set to Burn 100%

Make a New Layer again and Fill it with #c6e7fa Set to Softlight 100%

Make another Layer and fill it with #d4f5f6 set to Burn 100%

And your done!!!
