Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Curves

Input: 47 | Output: 90

Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Selective Color

Depending on the lightness of the picture you're using, you maybe have to set some colours a little lower.

Reds: -100, -29, +10, +72

Yellows: +10, +20, -60, +10

Cyans: +100, +16, +40, +52
