Uses Selective Coloring, Hue/Saturation, Brightness/Contrast, Color Balance

1.) Crop and sharpen your base



2.) Duplicate base. Set to Soft Light at 40%



3.) New Fill Layer. #9aebea @ Soft Light, 80%



4.) Layer // Adjustment Layer // Hue Saturation. Raise the Master Saturation to 35



5.) Layer // Adjustment Layer // Brightness/Contrast.
Brightness: -15
Contrast: +12



6.) Layer // Adjustment Layer // Selective Color.

YELLOWS:
C: +21
M: -11
Y: +13
B: -16

GREENS:
C: +100
M: +100
Y: -100
B: +100

NEUTRALS:
C: +14
M: -22
Y: -40
B: +27

BLACKS:
C: -72
M: +32
Y: -16
B: +26




7.) Layers // Adjustment Layer // Color Balance

Midtones: -11 // +12 // +15
Shadows: -23 // -9 // +15
Highlights: -17 // 0 // +21




8.) Duplicate your base and drag it to the top. Set it to Soft Light, 65%



9.) Add a border and any text or brushes you want, and you're through!
